
I love cakes… cookies..cream.. da local cendol… ais kacang wah wah wah…. and my coffee has to have some sugar and cream….. to me white sugar, brown sugar or artificial sweetener are all da same.. as long as they are sweet its bad for our health.. but hey…. sometimes we do need to add some sweetnes to our life eh ?? let me share a little bit of my daily routine ( infact its part of my secretttttttttttttttttttttt shussshhhhhhh )
wake up : I dont brush my teeth straight away.. I drink water first… maybe 2 or 3 glasses ( you dont have to gulp all da way.. take it slow and easy )
Juice : If I have time I’ll juice da fruit but if not I’ll take it as it is. ( nop… no food yet )
B’fast : Plain water ( no coffee, no milo, no tea, no nuthing just water.. but if I have milk I’ll take a glass of milk ) + sandwich or 2 half boil eggs
snack : Plain water + anything that i can munch ( sometimes junk food opppssssssssssss….. someeettiimmmeeessssssssssss only my dear)
Lunch : Plain water + maggie ( noodle soup ) wif lotsa veggies and tomatoes and egg.. burp~~~~~~~~ yummyyyyyyy
snack : Plain water + anthing that i can munch
Dinner : Plain water + either I have wot I had for Bfast or wot I had for lunch
)
snack : Plain water + lets watch some movies
)

so ?? wot da yah think ???? hahahahha

Weekends and Special Occasions
